Adam Weaver is a qualified and registered counselor who’s studied mysticism and eastern philosophy for over 30 years. Through his business 'Connected Spirit', Adam offers Spiritual Counselling, Mentoring & Workshops to assist overcoming a myriad of life challenges inclusive of mental, emotional and physical pain and dysfunction. Connected Spirit's focus is to align you with your wellspring of Love, to unfold & imbibe your unique Soul purpose & to express it fully in the world.

So how is it best to deal with Shame, Guilt & Regret? Let's dispel some myths about them, find a new perspective to release their entrapment, expand in the face of their contraction and lighten our load in a space of mutual acceptance and understanding 'together' as brothers.
